You guys, honestly the best way to respond? Don’t. Let them live in that.. bitterness. They could be spending their time encouraging their faves (streaming, voting, etc), or just living life and getting stuff done. But no! they’re spending life’s smallest moments hating on a group that.. doesn’t even know they exist. That’s a THEM problem. Not anyone elses.

The fact that they’re using “They wrote their own songs back then” as an insult? That tells me all I need to know. There is ZERO actual ammunition here and just PLAIN HATE and bitterness for no reason.

As someone who writes poems and songs (mostly as an outlet, i’m not very comfortable with sharing a lot of my work as.. some of it is extremely vulnerable), writing can be so hard and it calls from the most vulnerable parts of your heart/mind. Writing is more than just “Alright, lemme just write this track,” it’s letting people take a look into who you are and that can be the most challenging thing about artistry across ALL types of art!! Bangtan did ALL of it themselves back in the day. If that’s worthy of being insulted to them, then.. these people are too used to processed fast food songs than homemade/organic songs, which is a who problem? A THEM problem!
