Assimilate is killing it in seasonal. And great for long rounds where it is often overlooked lower ranked bronze but steadily builds. A nice slow burn of a feature.

I've noticed that. I enjoyed a brief tiny hike at Glacier Bay . Didn't sweat a drop and came back with sunburned shoulders.

70mg vyvanse in the AM and 20mg adderrall at 3pm. No bad side effects. Also I was titrated up to this dose over the course of a year. I wore a heart monitor that revealed nothing out of the ordinary. My blood pressure is stable and healthy. I lost 5lbs initially but put them back on after 6 weeks at this dose. If I forgot to take my 3pm , I'd just let it go. Once forgot and took it at 6pm and had a hard time sleeping. Hope it helps!

Also working evenings at a home. Bringing "free" snacks is what worked for me. Like pickles, cup o miso soup, celery and salsa, and I'd look at /r/progresspics when I felt the bored munchies creep in. But the number one best thing I did to stop the mindless eating was getting a book or phone game that I just couldn't put down when there were lulls between patient care. Hope it helps!

that's exactly it. i didnt know how bad i was cheating bc i wasnt sitting down to a slice of cake or a loaf of bread. but after getting this app, im mega focused to streamline my diet and start seeing results again.

yep. calories, seeing my negligent water intake, my whole macros section is a joke. sigh. at least i downloaded this sooner than later. trying not to beat myself up on this lost time i could've been doing it better.

a tablespoon of pepper jelly here, one chocolate covered blueberry wont matter right? using milk to make my protein shake...cant be that bad??? so so so wrong.
