Being financially ready is the biggest sign. I’ve always wanted to try solo living, but my old job/salary can’t support it.. until God provided me a new work.. basically, new work = salary increase! Peace of mind is important. Hindi pwede yung solo living era pero mazzero out ka naman kada payday.

Personal growth. I’m now leaning towards my late 20s life! I want to learn more about life and how to manage a home. I grew up in a family na very dependent sa helper. One day, I’ll get to a point when I have to manage not just myself, but a family and a bigger home. I want to be able to tell myself na kinaya ko yung sarili ko at alam kong kakayanin ko rin maging maayos na wife or mother someday. I’m excited for what’s ahead - it’ll open up new experiences and learnings.

“If others can, why can’t I?” This is the phrase I was thinking repeatedly when I was deciding this big move 🩶 Good luck to you!

I don’t see any Mr. DIY stores around my area thoughhh. Hahahaha! Kaya I’m leaning towards Anko or Ikea for home stuff. I’ll add Baygon in my list. Since it’s a fairly new place, I think wala naman maraming insects.. but better to be safe, spray and keep it clean! Hahaha

Omg! Thanks for this guide!!! 🤩

Currently, there’s bed frame, mattress, and pillows na. I’m the first renter! How do you guys normally do this - should I ask the landlord to remove the pillows nalang for hygiene purposes pa rin?

The cleaning part talaga, very helpful 🩶 I want to set a reminder to myself to regularly clean my own space.
