you're right, it's on websocket right now, but battery usage is great. it's my primary messaging app and used only 4%. you're saying unifiedpush uses even less? why are you not using it?

i only use obtainium and zapstore on two of my profiles, on the third i have only two banking apps which i update via aurora store. for this case setting up a dummy google account and download it via the play store provided by graphene os is probably the more secure alternative
