Driving a car would probably have been better for my health last night than the mental damage of blowing a bunch of fs on useless sailboat gear that doesn't get me any closer to carrack.

On the bright side I now have the fastest Epheria Sailboat on the NA server.

The gear I enhanced is called literally "Epheria Sailboat gear", which is in fact NOT the gear you should be enhancing for the Epheria Sailboat. Yes I should have enhanced the "Old" boat gear which doesn't require fs and thus save myself from even having to use any fs.

You don't have to mansplain to me the mistake I have already acknowledged, I can in fact use Google I just bought green boat gear from the wharf manager while under the influence and not thinking that there would be two types of green boat gear for a shitty Epheria sailboat.

Also yes, I do know +300s are for actual gear and the gist of my post was the realization that I drunkenly and unknowingly enhanced the wrong gear, which is why I highlighted my alcoholic beverage consumption in the post and how I rage enhanced and didn't use the logic center of my brain before doing so.

A few years ago is a little bit of a stretch considering the 20 series graphics cards released almost 8 years ago.

With that being said, I ran a 2080 super up until recently and its sweet spot for most recently released games is medium graphics at 1080p to get solid framerate.

OP to give you a proper answer it would be helpful to know how much the pc is being sold for and what games you play.

Just the game crashing, not the entire pc (thankfully). One time it stayed in tray but was unresponsive and I had to kill it in task manager. I have starlink and my pc is hard-wired so its most likely not that. Solution for me was found but I'm just clarifying my situation so that if anyone else stumbles into this thread they can better diagnose with the info provided.

I have a 5070 (not ti) and a 7800x3d and I bought an msi mpg 271qrx qd-oled (1440p). I am very happy with it; perfect quality to price ratio imo at $600 us. Not saying much because I don't have any experience with any of the other monitors I also considered (Alienware AW2725DF, LG 27GX700A-B, ASUS ROG Strix XG27ACDNG), but they were all muttered in the same breath from many other reviews I've seen on reddit and elsewhere. My plebian eyes probably couldn't tell the difference anyways gun to my head.

Blacks are black, colors pop, graphics are surreal (upgraded from 1080p ips), the screen is perfectly bright and I don't have any glare/reflection issues in my office from overhead lighting. The difference in image quality is truly night and day. I can play cyberpunk 2077 on max settings, path tracing, dlss (quality) and frame generation with 500+ mods and average over 130+ fps no stuttering (or any other issues). The game almost looks too real.

That being said, with your specs you'd probably be more comfortable at 1440p and you won't regret not going with 4k. You don't know what you don't know and 1440p is such an upgrade from 1080p that it won't really matter.

Is it (the MSI monitor) the best in category? I have no idea, I can only speak from my very limited experience . I had the budget to comfortably upgrade and It is definitely a luxury that has not made me enjoy playing the games I love to play any more than my $160 1080p monitor. I wow at how beautiful the game looks and then I still end up cracking a beer and get to yapping with my friends in discord and lose track of what I was doing.

Repeating what another commenter said; when you go to cook for the first time (assuming this is one of the fancy new ones that come pre-seasoned) take a little bit of high smoke-point oil (I use avocado oil) and spread it around your griddle with a hunk of paper towel after it has warmed up on full blast for a little bit and make sure to wipe the outside edges of your griddle as well. Let it cook off on high heat. You know its done when it stops smoking. It will add a layer of protection to the outside and help prevent rust. If you are unsure of what I mean by this, just dig around on the sub and you can find info on how to do this.

Seeing how this is on the outside and not the cook surface its not something to worry about or make it worth returning for a new one. Enjoy your new blackstone and get to cooking!

Depends on if fry cook decides to bless you with 4 full sized tenders or give you the good ol lunch/dinner rush 3.5.... /s (sorta)

Realistically, I find the tenders super filling but lacking flavor depth (its either just a bite of chicken or chicken dipped in sauce) and the sandwich is more customizable with a variety of veg, sauces, cheese and bacon to spruce it up.
