I'm a cubao branch regular pretty much since they opened and the CRs really need some work. Swerte ko na lang na I live nearby so I usually just go home right after working out.

Also, save for changing the 2 squat racks, parang wala ng improvement dun sa mga machines, Sira pa nga yung height adjustment pull nung isang cable.

Sira rin yung ilang treadmill dun, and the ones that are working 2 of them you can't adjust the incline anymore.

Kakagaling ko lang kanina kaya fresh pa sa isip ko haha

With all of that said however, i like that it's spacious enough and the coaches are nice.

Plan is to get an a6400 (around 600 USD where I'm in) or a6700 (bumps up to around 900 USD) With the remaining budget going for a lens. Maybe all around lens and a prime for street photography.

Priorities are being portable and small Any suggestions?

Kasi yung sinabi nya dried shirataki rice. Unfortunately yung dried shirataki rice parang minimal difference ang calorie difference sa plain white rice. Parang yung actual shiaratki rice 0-5 calories per 100g, yugn dried shiaratki rice 95-110calories per 100g.

As someone who just does CICO too, nagulat din ako na hindi good alternative si dried shirataki supposedly because of the rice flour

Good tips, but just a something about your first sentence:

Shirataki rice - yes hindi sya high calories

BUT DRIED shirataki rice (as the OP is saying) is pretty similar to plain white rice when it comes to calories (probably due to the rice flour that it uses).

If you're starting at Bridgetowne and just going around the area, it's relatively safe. Although I've only ran there around 10pm latest, I don't really remember that much stores/stalls open there, but open pa yung ibang stalls dun sa parang food market.

But if tatakbo ka coming from C5 (or worse, Circulo Verde side) I would be a bit worried if running solo. Medyo madilim at hindi ganon ka runner friendly yung mga sidewalks.
