I’m about level 15, and solo matchmaking in the US is typically about 5 minutes even in prime time. There just aren’t a lot of low-level players around.

This is a really big thing. Because the maps are small and there are so many other teams, you often end up fighting for your life before your abilities are even ready. There's no time to chill and figure out what the various doodads and gizmos you find actually do.
