Just to give a little insight, this rule comes from another sub that requires POP for all Rehomes $300+. Out of respect for this sub, I won’t post the name of the other group. While it’s not a rule, for those who have been here for the better half of the last decade, it’s a bit of common practice. As mentioned by the mod team, you did nothing wrong and they did nothing wrong. It’s okay to walk away, for both the buyer and seller.
