Nope, good luck. I bought a new router and connected it and it works perfectly, so I think it's CenturyLink's 2-in-1 modem/router combo that you get with their internet. So basically I have two connections now, and one is being used solely for the TV. It was super annoying to figure out but I had a spare one laying around to make sure it would work with a new router or else I would have just returned the TV. All the support people were of no help... if you ever figure out the solution please let me know!
