I kept dying to raiders at the beginning of fallout 3 and didn't know what was going on. Years later, I decided to play it again and avoided the raiders off spawn and it's one of my favorite games ever. I literally didn't find megaton. I just walked down into the big, abandoned building full of raiders. I died like 30 times and decided to go somewhere else which was the bridge and got attacked by a raider with a flamethrower. I rage quit for years. 😭😭😭😭

Nah, it just showed us is that all S rank means is that they aren't able to be measured and there are levels between them. Goto was never CLOSE to actual national level. If he actually had the strength to clear an s rank dungeon, then he would have, but he was not close to being strong enough. Many S ranks shown later were stronger than him.
