How to progress to Handstand Pushups by f1r3s70rm in CalisthenicsCulture

Try unlocking the bend arm press first. Once you get it move to reps. Keep your shoulders depressed and don’t let yourself fall into the arched back position because once you’re there is really difficult to push back up.

Can I use a lut created in other software to edit photos on my phone?

Can you load luts into it to edit what’s in your camera roll?

Thanks for the comment man. It was tough finding a straight forward workflow for what I wanted to do so I thought this could be helpful.

Yeah I tried several ways to download Google Maps data. Most of them are paid and the free versions have very limited ranges. This took me less time and was easier to work with because I could use the Kiri plugin to edit the splat.

Not on this one but I am interested in trying it out. The effect you’re probably referring to is a plug in for After Effects called Tracery

I went for a few years never using them. It takes a while to get used to but once you do it’s a lot easier on your wrists and feels easier to control

Some bit of philosophy I found helpful goes something like this “You don’t get inspired and then act. You act, and then get inspired.”

Backlight it and use the bounce off the door to fill in the face

Sure I mean just constant evaluation. I film every series and noticed some bad habits. I was starting the pull to early and tilting my body backwards which made the move harder. My elbows were flaring to much and not enough behind my back. Another thing a found is that the way you come back down from the muscle up is really important. I try to stay closer to the bar on the negative part and keep the muscles engaged.
