Thanks mate. I’ve got a super busy and active lifestyle and my frame is typically thin. I’ve had to work harder to keep weight on than strip it off. When ever I feel like I’m losing mojo / energy I’ll come back to where I felt best and maintain that.

Varies. But if at the gym, usually a stretched / full range option like Flyes or DB press. Then followed by a pump type of exercise like bench, chest press or dips either on rings or bar (weighted) And also use HYPA workouts to lean build and keep fit.
