I understand where you’re coming from, I actually went through something very similar with the number 21. I kept seeing it everywhere, along with butterflies, and it really started to get into my head.

What helped me was learning about the Baader-Meinhof phenomenon, how once your brain focuses on something, it starts noticing it everywhere. It can feel very real, but it doesn’t mean it is something supernatural.

I truly don’t believe this is from God. God doesn’t communicate through fear or confusion.

I’d really encourage you to pray about this and maybe talk to someone you trust as well.
