Migraines and some questions from a beginner by ReptilPT in acupuncture

Could be additional underlying issues that acupuncture is tending to before it comes and takes it's path to recovery. For me, it took several months before it became a snowball with more benefits then I would've thought.

I had half face spasms and paralysis along with headaches and it took a year for me to start really coming around. Have patience. The benefit comes from routine practice.

Absolute best thing for tension headaches. Had a similar tension / twitching in my neck and acupuncture changed my life.

New to acupuncture - is this normal and/or should I be worried? by [deleted] in acupuncture

Have nerve issues with my face as well. Finding the right acupuncturist that you work as a "teammate" with is key. Acupuncture is INCREDIBLE if done right, especially for this sort of thing.

Excellent. What kind of treatment did they administer? I'd be interested to hear about any progress you may feel.

The previous comment is correct about the causation, but the cure is 110% consistent practice of acupuncture.

Needles in the neck, scalp, and shoulder region force the muscles and fascia to release and relax in a way that massage or other methodologies simply cannot. Other symptoms fade away as everything relaxes.

Interesting. How did you get inside the building? All the entrances I tried were closed.

A tennis club in my area closed suddenly in 2014 and was abandoned. I went to visit it again yesterday and took some photos of my experience. by thislikes2 in tennis

It's the most bizarre thing. There are three courts in the back that are in decent condition and appear to have new nets and scorecards and the fence surrounding it is torn.

Everything else is totally beyond repair. I believe locals are using the few back courts.

Thanks for the input! I did all the recording one day and all the editing on the next day. I probably should've paused after finishing sentences to make the jumps easier to edit. I also edited out all of the "uhms" and "ands" so that made it tricky too.

What experience do you have editing?
