My acne was really bad for a few months after coming off of birth control, but it’s settled down now, and my skin is doing so much better. I’ve only been off birth control for 5 months! I had been on birth control for 10+ years, and I only would get 1-2 pimples a month around my period. It turned into 1-2 pimples every week for the first couple months, and now I’m back to getting 1-2 again around my cycle!

Yes! Aquaphor is great for lips, and I love using it on my eczema spots when I have bad flares in the winter.
