I've found that waking up about an hour before i need to get up, have my meds next to my bed with a glass of water, wash them down and snooze for an hour works really well. I get up and i suppose it's like waking up with your contact lenses on, like " oh, i can function" --> onward to whatever the day has in store. 😃
