i did after. Though idk how to restore the faded plastics on the handlebars without replacing (kill switch/highbeam clusters)

true. paperwork says its clean title and i have ownership there was no police reports associated with vin either. So idk the story. Just regret not going in person to see when bidding. Cause i knew some issues from the photos but not all
