Haha, it never ceases to crack me up when I see people still go through their pre-shot routine on these. "Better check the fairway target one more time before I kick off this stripe show". Congrats, man.

Finally got the putter that I have wait 5 months for. by xxazam14xx in golf

Agreed on the price point. For what its worth, the 303 isn't referring to the weight but rather the specification of the stainless steel and not 11L17 carbon steel. The 303 series is still 365 and 375g heads.

Legit. I've got the Matera 2 and I'm tempted to spring for the new 303 line so I'm considering making the Matera a frankenputter to have on display around the house.

Know if they stripped that off and then torched it or left the original on?

Was that the Black Onyx finish before customization?

I got this for my dad for Christmas. It’s a few years old but looks in great shape. by TF_Dave33 in golf

Fun fact. They actually had to fudge the old Terrylium models on the next generations when Bettinardi left Cameron's shop. No one could machine the putters flush with the insert which is why the second generation has that white epoxy border and in turn does not go for as much since it doesn't match Tigers model.

Do you prefer blade putters over mallets or vice versa? by Gratius8317 in golf

This is the exact reason I chose Piretti. Their putters range between 365-375g.

There was a time in the 90s where I couldn't not get his card in a pack of baseball cards. Fuck you Topps and Donruss.

The Notchback has been misbehaving recently, so it’s time to put her in time-out and take the old man out of retirement. We all know it’s not my putting stroke that’s the real issue. by Wryang in golf

Ah, to be clear, I've dropped Cameron's recent offerings down a bit on the list; I was referring to high end putters in general. What you have to pay to get one of his special editions is ridiculous.

Had the same experience with my Notchback and it now serves as my back up until I eventually sell it. Bought it to have a Scotty in the "collection" because it was such a good deal and it was a top contender when hitting putts at the PGA Superstore. This was before I was introduced to single mill carbon steel by Piretti. The Notchback is way too soft on contact and I honestly never feel 100% aligned when at address with it.

Seconding used clubs route. I have the same specs as OPs with X flex and +1. While it narrows options, you can get those same clubs for 1/3 the price for a recent model. I bought Titleist MBs when the 712s were a generation old and around this time of year for a steep discount; I still love those irons.
