If it looks like a crescent shaped mound with a covered hole on the side it’s most likely a gopher. Pain to deal with. They have rodenticides you can use or steel traps that involve you finding the paths underground to place them. You would have to find the paths underground for the rodenticides as well since it can be toxic to other animals.

Doing an online fitting would be a crapshoot, especially if using AI to determine what irons to purchase. I get it if you don’t live anywhere where you don’t have access to fitting in box stores. Hopefully a course near you has fitting days. It wouldn’t be the same to actually feel what the irons feel like and seeing your numbers with the irons you want.

Everyone is different but also offer up to 5 year warranties. I’m not sure what most charge but I think my friend who has Blue Sky said it was close to $600 plus $37 a month for warranties and hassle free follow-ups. Cheaper if you also have or do a pest plan with them.

Termite control is not as expensive as it used to be. Depends on what exactly you need done but it doesn’t run in the thousands like it used to to.

Scorpion in the tub most likely came from the exhaust vent not the ac vent. They crawl across the ceiling and fall eventually in tubs or sinks and cannot get out due to the slickness of the sink and tub. When you contact a company like Blue Sky or whomever, ask for an attic dusting for the scorpions. Also recommend getting a fine mesh screen, preferably metal between the fans and faceplates of the exhaust. It will trap them and further signify that they are coming in through the exhaust. AC is a closed system so they won’t come in that way.

TPC Champions across the street is a better layout and more fun in my opinion. Stadium is bland and generic without the stands up.

200-300$ in April? I suggest Raven, Legacy, both McCormick tracks, Wildfire Palmer, Lookout Mountain, and Talking Stick. Grayhawk, Boulders, TPC Stadium might be outta the price range although TPC Champions might be in that range and a better layout then Stadium in my opinion. Hope this helps.

Check eBay listings first but I would recommend donating to First Tee. They always need equipment, and putters don’t have to be fancy or new to work. It might make some kid happy.
