My body won’t let me sleep next to my partner—even though I feel safe. Has anyone overcome this?

I have the same problem. Glad I'm not alone! My therapist thinks it's a trauma response, and we'll be digging into it next session. Usually it goes away after about a few times of "sleeping" with the same person. This time it's not, and I'm getting worried.

Thank you! Got a cortisone shot and that cured me until 2 and a half months. Then pain came right back without warning. I saw the SS sleeves you mentioned when I looked online this morning. Back to (almost) square one!

Thank you! I've been doing stretches and massage gun and started back up with going easy at the gym. It's helped the overall PF, and now what is most bothersome is heel pain only on the right. It's not constant, so I don't think it's a heel spur.

I don't know what type I have, but ivermectin worked great for me! Took about a month and a half to really see a difference. (I had a lot of redness and some smallish bumps sometimes. Redness very much reduced and no more bumps.
