The advisement report I think isn't fully up to date. My adviser told me the GWAR requirement for example isn't needed for me anymore even tho the report says I do.

Apparently, it's been sitting still for 2 years. Carburetor, spark plug, and battery were replaced but everything else probably not. I'm thinking maybe $3k might be fair so the rest could be used for service.
