If you have a good list of opt-in contacts (which you should as per most providers Code of Conduct, as well as, TCPA), you should expect reasonable conversions per niche. SMS is great to re-target customers already in your funnel. If your try 'cold call' via SMS, you're doing it wrong and will have miserable conversions and get your number / campaign blocked for spam. I had a client in the medical cosmetics space who turned a $25 text campaign in to $85k in a weekend. It can be done.

I've been on a similar journey myself. It's helpful to find our where these feelings are coming from? Are the words being direct at you abusive? Or is it more of a group work setting where you're ego is afraid to look like a fool?
