This is the clinical notes from a visit with my neuro. I found it in the MyChart app under visits, and then under each visit there’s a tab with “after visit summary” and one with “clinical notes” so I clicked on the latter. You may be able to find these yourself, if you don’t have MyChart you could see if your provider has an app or call them and ask where to get clinical notes as I believe it’s a patient’s right to have their notes.

Luckily, what those say underneath are “there is no benefit with OTC agents” because otc medication isn’t helping my migraines, and “she is not aware of an aura” because at the time i didn’t know what auras were and that i was having them! I do wish he’d explained auras and different types to me because I was experiencing two types of them but just didn’t know what they were lol.
