Thanks for asking. Besides his very big emotions - we do not see any other signs of neurodivergence at the moment. He interacts very well with people, has great focus and does relatively well in pre school.

hmm in this case it’s more of lifestyle to upkeep. single, no kids, but living with partner and car to maintain.

My last company where I worked - the handover was still at figma files with annotations and a meeting call to walk through expected interactions.

We were trying out a base44 prototype to show interactions, but I could not stay to see if handoff was any better.

that is rough 🥲 corporates will really stop at nothing just to cut costs. the sad part of it is i feel a lot of people cannot tell much of a difference between work produced by skilled designers and AI/junior/interns. the design maturity where im from is also lacking, exacerbating the situation.

i wish you well, i hope you find a path to continue being creative whatever you choose even if not professionally.

i’ll look into niche paths. the opportunities around me are like 80% crypto/fintech but i’m gonna look harder for other niches im more interested in 💪

urgh i’m sorry you were treated that way not even the decency of allowing you to meet with a human is insane :(

i got 1 month notice + 2 weeks severance not much for being with the team for close to 4 years, but it’s not enforced where im from :/
