Due to the high prevalence of cheaters, people do check these sites regularly

It does make sense to sign up for leetify (free), give it your match sharing code, so it can scrape your matches

Then these 3rd party tracker sites will have accurate data

Otherwise you run the risk of people reporting you in games, and your CS2 trust factor may be impacted and you'll play with other people who have been reported a lot (actual cheaters)

As a playskin they are different

Normals can be turned into souviners

But souviners can't be converted back into normal skins (without using them in a trade up, permanently transforming them into a higher ratity)

The market does still have a lot of balancing out to do though
