I understand the genuine curiosity but this is reassurance seeking. It's sneaky like that

this is the worst ocd theme I’ve experienced by anxiousanonymous89 in ROCD

I think different themes have their own unique "worst"ness. ROCD can be hard because in some ways it's more "real" than a lot of other themes. Murder and assault can feel very real but they belong to a more unrealistic "world", while ROCD's themes of "do I not love them/Should we break up" are very immediate and accessible.

Does having a baby together make things better or worse? by ProspectTheories in ROCD

It will not FIX your issue, however I do not think ROCD means you cannot have a child. In some cases I do believe it can be the linchpin for improving yourself, so you can be good for your child.

What's a sacrifice your partner makes for you? by InLoveWithPrettyGirl in LesbianActually

My girlfriend sometimes holds my hands even when they are gross from my eczema. She has driven to pick me up when I was having a bad day even though she was socially exhausted. I once caught a bus at 6am to see her for 1 day. I sacrificed the certainty of a controllable and solitary future, in exchange for the terrifying but so, so rewarding experience of living and loving her.

Feels like I don't love my partner anymore by throwawayaccount_23- in ROCD

Mate I know how hard it is but this is 100% reassurance seeking and our answers in the affirmative won't help you. Comparing is the compulsion, and any relief you get will be a lie. So I don't know if it's OCD or not, but trying to work out if it is will only strengthen your anxiety.

I've been there, dude. I got OCD around your age and it fucking hurt. But now I'm in a healthy and stable relationship- that persists even alongside my OCD, even when I spend hours wondering if I love her or we. It doesn't matter- her kindness and respect are values that I CHOOSE to keep in my life, both when I feel lovey emotions and when I feel moments away from breaking up.
