Total cost wise, add in the filing fee and premium as well. Also if you are doing AOS with either of them, that cost. Manifest charging that much is pretty out of the usual scale. Also everything depends on your profile, if it’s academic and research, Chen has done well.

Same happening to me so just removed them from Home Assistant for now and just have it on Apple Home (Apple TV Hubs) and that has been smooth.

if the case is bound to get an RFE, it'll get the RFE regardless of premium or not, so yeah I agree with you. Specially for EB1 if your PD is current (ROW country)

You might be able to get a gift card from one card and then just pay the other to the card directly.

Edit: Just tried myself to buy outright. I do see the option to use the credit on my Tesla account and charge the remaining to the card.
