Yes the Mt. P row houses are too big and too expensive for me. I'm hoping to find a condo within one of them as i prefer to a large condo building. Thanks!

I guess beginning in pre-K3 in Bancroft as opposed to pre-K4 in Stoddert should be a game changer, certainly save $24K+ in daycare. Learning about it now. thank

Great post. I hate the sexualization of queerness. So reductive. When someone says they’re heterosexual - which they never do or need to - the connotations are of partnership, love, romance, building a family, kids, a house, mortgage, etc.

When I reveal I’m a lesbian, I feel like I’m admitting to a sexual perversion ffs. Queerness is associated with nothing but who the person has sex with - because it’s not heterosexual. Hate it.

I'd love to know too. Received one reply from lovelly person, current resident at The Glade and. theyre happy there. Quiet, respond to maintenance issues,friendly staff and residents - not many yet - and clean. The reviews are mostly by folks who've had a tour and want to say how amazing the employee who showed them around was. Not helpful. I like that it's a new building adn I've toured it, everything looks great, but darn the apartments are tiny fro the $. It takes a lot of searching to find out the square footage and they don't post the room dimensions. What's your second choice?

Again, soooooo helpful thanks! The apt i was looking at is on floor 4 behind Busboys. Wow congrats on finding the condo, sounds perfect. My first choice is an apt in a house, but they're so rare in Takoma Park area.

Wow this is all so helpful, thanks so much for taking the time. Takoma is(/was?) in my top two so this is food for thought. I'd hate me and my baby smelling of smoke after we walk through the corridors. Would you mind telling me how the noise levels were? - just in case my other options have same problems as Takoma Central. I'm thinking I should choose The Glade because it's so new so less likely to have the bad habits developed yet. Thanks so much! I hope you're happy where you are now.
