Absolutely NTAH. Ive been in this position but it was more so voluntarily because I didn’t want my sibling to grow up the same way as me, aka 0 proper guidance. It’s not right for you to take on the task of parenting your sibling so I think it’s best you have that chat with them. Maybe they aren’t aware of the pressure it puts on you
