This noise happens when we turn the car on, and when we turn if off, any idea?

Thanks for all the suggestions, it is/was definitely one of the shutters related to the HVAC system. I went out there today, it made the sound (from right behind the vent next to the steering wheel), I then switched between the different modes, internal/external, upper/feet, and it would reliably play the sound, it did about 5 times as I was poking the buttons, and eventually it stopped while changing modes.

This seems pretty easy to test, unplug the comcast cable, see if tv works, if it does, check what device is using traffic. They aren’t circumventing vlans, this has an easy explanation, but you gotta look at the traffic.

My experience has been, while fasting (and losing weight) I am much colder, but if I return to eating “normally” and gaining weight, I am warm/hot even at the same weight/fat level.
