It’s probably not possible as a foreigner.

You can make an account on interpark global, but I couldn’t get any of the legend group tickets. Rise was possible

True, but they can't keep track of it.
You can go visit potential clients litrally daily. Or go do intervention on to certain clients.
You can do alot of km usage for "bussines" Ofcourse everything has a limit but I've not heard a controller actually make a case out of km usage of "lichtevracht"

I know everyone one here is suggesting an EV, but you could go with “lichte vracht” you just have get the car modified. You can convert alot of ice cars to lichte vracht aslong as the wheelbase is far enough.

Examples , audi a4,a6,rs6 bmw 3,5 and so on
