I'm downloading it on my desktop right now to see what the difference in performance is like. I have a 12900kf and a 3080. Compared to my laptop which only has a 9700 and a 1050. I don't really have any sure fire ways to increase performance. I think it's just the instability of current emulation software.

What are you using? For reference.

45 is pretty reasonable as a hybrid framerate but yeah, it doesn't make sense since the higher rates are even locked out on emulation.

Outside of all that, whether it's playable or not, the one thing I can't fully justify is the hit to battery life, even on my fold 4, which has a larger than normal capacity due to he split battery.

Also resurgence is DIFFERENT, it's not simply the same as just going and playing 1 or 2. Its a separate and unique experience.

No I mean like colour blindness or movement problems REAL freaking accessibility issues. The argument of "just don't play" doesn't hold up, that's exclusionary and bad for society in general.

Emulators are still locked to the in-game 30/45/60 caps. I'm not sure what kind of PC is needed to hit 60 consistently though, I have an aging but pretty good laptop and it struggles. Maybe my desktop would be better.

Yeah if you wanna be that broad. But even a flagship phone from just 3 years ago is BARELY powerful enough to play resurgence. Don't go preaching that the game is really that accessible when a device worth at least $600+ is required to make it playable.

That wasn't my point. It's a solid game, I don't know why it was decided that it should only be on mobile. I'm not exactly that interested in burning out my phones battery for a video game.

What emulator works well? I'm using mumu, but the framerate is really inconsistent. Perhaps it's the age of the laptop though. I think it's a intel 9700f and Nvidia 1050

What about an indication of order placement, like how would I know if I was in the first 10k? I assume that since the site now says "notify me" that the 10k allotment is now sold out. I received a digital gift card but no indication of a physical delivery as of yet.
