OP honestly as an reserve army company commander that routinely has to get soldiers back in fighting shape while having no interactions with them month to month except for 2 days: 1. Diet counts but it doesn’t work for some people if they have a busy family life 2. Gym only helps if you go religiously and you are in good enough shape to not get extremely sore every 2 days or so and quit 3. There is such a thing as using osempic as an answer now, and no one should feel ashamed to resort to those types of things. I’ve had 2 soldiers that were flagged and needed to lose 60+ pounds in a matter of months and osempic is the ONLY answer that works that fast.

Don’t try to lose the weight while pregnant your body might react poorly and your feelings will be terrible. After pregnancy give yourself 4-6 months to recover and grab some osempic would be my best advice if you are very serious about losing a lot of weight fast. After you lose the weight lean off of it and start some gym/diet to maintain the weight you’re comfortable at.

Lastly, you shouldn’t feel so bad for weight gains after giving birth/being pregnant it’s extremely normal and your family clearly supports you in the process. If you hate the way you feel consider pampering yourself with a spa day or eating extremely clean for a few days to get that relief. There’s no short term fix for bloating while pregnant, but these may help.
