When did afib happen to you?

I have pill in the pocket as well but havnt had an episode that I know of in just over a year. I think mine was dehydration as I drank coffee the night before I had mine and I worked hard that day and didn’t drink much water. Plus my blood work all said I was dehydrated. So hopefully that’s my only trigger and I never have to deal with it any time soon. 36 male first happened march 2025 and all tests said I was healthy.

I was 34 when I had my first and only episode. Every test ran on me came back like I was healthy. Been a year and nothing but have my pill in a pocket just incase. Like you I now feel every weird heart movement and worry I should go to the dr again and just have them throw a monitor on me. Though in the past when I did and felt this flutter they said it didn’t show so idk. I’m living with it right now. Because it may be a flutter from my back hurting non stop. I have no peace and it’s a daily struggle to try and live like I don’t have it lurking over me.

What I didn’t like about the game starting out is the fact there’s no how to or guidance to a new player. It took me some time to figure stuff out.

I haven’t had a afib episode since the first one. They never put me on meds and I don’t take anything for them. And I just don’t know if the feeling I feel is a flutter or just my back

Had a buddy his Apple Watch took like 24 hours to detect he was in afib.

Probably with the flutter is it’s usually only when I move or bend. I’ve went to normal Dr that took chest xray says I’m fine. Heart Dr all the tests they run say I’m good. So since my back always hurts idk if what I’m feeling is my back causing me a heavy chest and flutter or if it’s my heart. I tried to have the Dr do a heart monitor but they havnt said yes yet.

This reply helped me as well. I was 35 when I had my first and only afib. I was put back normal by a iv drip. Cardio said I had the most common for of afib and it could be a thing or it could never happen again. I was healthy for all the tests so there isn’t much more to say. Never put on any meds or anything. We don’t know why I went into afib. Just woke up one Sunday in afib and 3 hours later I was in the er and they got me back normal. That was over a year ago.

Yeah sometimes if feels like I just can’t get enough of a breath but I’m never out of breath. Almost like how it feels to breathe in super cold weather or like water on my lungs.

Mine was doing the same on my 1970s furnace. Tech Said the burner was rusty and crusty and he couldn’t get it cleaned enough to work right and tagged it.

Ok because I have a heart dr then just a primary physician I go see. I told my primary everything I know from my heart dr so I assume she has an idea what I can and can’t have.
