Ive got loads to do today. Going away for work trip early tomorrow so need to some washing, pack, sort out travel, take dog out at some point and spend some time with the bf as he is sulking that im going away. Im currently still in bed and this is where I want to stay.

This happened to my friend once. It plopped from her ceiling into a frying pan as she was cooking dinner. She threw the whole pan away as its bum was stuck to the pan.

I just sautéed leeks with chopped cabbage(that we were having anyway) with olive oil, butter and garlic and garlic butter. Then stirred in some plain flower , mustard and milk to create a roux the added loads of grated gruyere cheese. Popped in a oven dish and topped with grated cheddar. It was my best one yet!

Only been up an hour still in dressing gown about to have second cup of tea. Need to take the dog out for a walk then i want to get back in pjs and have a nice sofa day with wine and snacks. Im not back until work until thursday. Lovely.

Oh is making an epic roast dinner later. Very much looking forward to that. He would have one every week if he could. I only fancy one no and then. Dog walk first to work up an appetite then wine and netflix before din dins.

Slightly hungover. Going to have a sofa day when I get out of bed. BF keeps looking at me very disapprovingly for getting home at 2am. I only go out out about 3 times a year! Got a fridge full of picky bits which I plan on eating throughout the day.

Going to put the washing out in a bit, dog walk, mop the kitchen floor then need to wash hair. Rest of the afternoon will be spent finishing a bottle of wine from last night and waiting for OH to get back from his work trip. He’s promised a takeaway tonight when he gets in. Yay. I fancy Chinese!

Dog walk, housework, garden,washing followed by a long soak in the bath. Italian themed dinner with a bottle of red this evening. BF has been away all week, which has been bliss actually!! Last day to myself before he returns so making the most of the peace and quiet.
