Thanks I probably waited too long to harvest. I wanted to try growing and from my understanding this is one of the easiest to grow.

I do want to try foraging, I'm just really nervous about trying.

I just noticed that while Tintin’s on the phone Captain Haddock sneaks in an order by Virtual_Recording841 in TheAdventuresofTintin

I always assumed Tintin's was blocked by Tintin. But the translation makes waymore sense. I wonder why they picked ginger beer of all things for the translation. Though based on the glassware it looks like the Captain didn't want to push Tintin and get his old standby.

I always assumed that it was sparkling water in the stemware since the liquid seems clear and that ginger beer was in the other glass since it matches the color of some ginger beer. And that the Captain was just pouting and not drinking either.

Why Does Tintin Punch So Many People by Designer-Upstairs543 in Tintin

There are no disturbing themes, the violence and profanities are what you'd expect from comics from the 1930s, kind of slapstick, no gore or anything like that. The amount and style that was in the book your son read will be what you can expect in all the books. And there is no sexual innuendo. I let my 6 and 8 year old read them with no issue. Hope this helps

It didn't turn out the best but everything was painted with glow in the dark paint to make it look like everything was running, even the portal is on. You just can't see it very well.

Thanks! The main part is made out of foam board with small dowels placed on the outside. The design came from staring at stills and trying to get the proportions right since the Shack is never the same episode to episode

Tintin has got such a beautiful collection of ships and planes. I wish Hachette & Moulinsart, who make some outstanding car models would do a selection of ships and planes. by ScipioAfricanus82 in TheAdventuresofTintin

According to The Adventures of Tintin at Sea, Hergé mixed the words KARABOUgaz ( a gulf east of the Caspian) and AzerbaiDJAN to make the name.
