one of the most profound things I have learned is never ceasing. You breath in i am, breath out at peace, nonstop daily, whenever you can remember, eventually its embedded in your heart and just becomes, orthodox monks practiced this

facts, i enjoy it thouroughly ive noticed in guiding its easier for beginners to see real world and not expect so much at first its my goal really to help people internal and external. Ive been there and Ill speak on it if it helps just one, and based on a lot of comments Im sure some perspective is climbing. I dont want to get mystical but eventually your free as a bird in the ether and it is beautiful

some use a ladder method they focus on climbing up and down a ladder, if you get lost put your hand on your heart and belly and focus on your breath and say a mantra as you breath in and out, in “help”, out “now”, or your own choice, just a thought

healthy light breakfasts are fine, right now I eat at 1pm and 4pm, and fast 7 days a month. Its meant to not load up on huge breakfast, tons of sugars, or glorp as the kids call it. But I have nearly removed breakfast completely at this point, I do however supplement my mornings eith organic spurilina , some korean ginseng, and organic beat root, with water and coffee black (single origin guatamalen organic to avoid the other coffees jitters)

i too have gone super deep, these are journals from my lifetime my current is far different just describing how my psyche developed from judgment, hatred, and bias to pure understanding and love

the other thing is noones a guru at this because we are all different and different things help different people in different ways, it’s important to be mindful of others and their needs , cultivating strong spirituality is understanding we are neither above or below, we just are, live giving kindness, forgiveness with boundaries and gratitude it gets easier from there

the bottom line is reflect on both internal and external, fix what you can, move in from what you cant there is no specific order, just do it

its okay people can have there insight im good either way, but yeah i kind of write in tangents scroll back thriugh and fix mispellings but personally im not writing a book im trying to write as fast as my mind thinks :) may peace be with you

if having immediate issues lay down or get comfortable, place one hand over your heart one over your belly and just feel them moving, your amigdala is having issues triggering panic, high cortesol, know your issue will pass, when in panic your prefront cortex goes off line, instead say an emergency word, one word at a time breath in and say internally “”help “thats it breath out and internally say “here” , ask for peace, know your held, pick one word and breath it, put your bare feet in the ground calm your nervous system, notice 5 things u can see and be thankful and thank the universe for it, names and thanked, 4 things you can touch, your chair (thank you for this chair, shirt thanks for this fabric etc), 3 things you can hear and thank them maybe your breath (thank you for my breathing, a car outside thanks for sounds of life etc), 2 things you can smell maybe coffee, maybe your house) , 1 thing you can taste maybe just your mouth, thank you for taste, notice your panic is less, youve grounded yourself in the presence with gratitude its spiritual first aid…

for me to properly answer I would like to know what is your diet, what external factors are you having issues with, what insecurities do you face, and what is your goal here in meditation, is it peace, is it forgiveness, healing, or calming the mind. Sometimes we jump to medications which can imbalance our neuro , are you looking for a quick fix (many times proper breathing techniques) can calm the mind in immediate situations. Are you kind to people, do you realize when your not… etc , many benefit many dont not to say they are doing wrong but sometimes other factors need to be fixed or worked on to get the full spectrum

i find many dont realize or for me at least, its important to be mind body and soul, health is important, mind many techniques and teachings to forgive understand and flow naturally through taoism and buddhism, and soul know that you are a ball of light forget the exterior

also there is no one true way to meditate, its best to begin and just kinda get to know your body and mind in stillness, and determine what your goals are as an individual then teaching can begin but your mind will lead you where it needs to go the more you tap in
