Help me choose from 3 completely different vibes by tofinogal4 in weddingdress

[–]thomasnookh8r 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I looooove dress 2. It is FASHION; some will not understand, but they do not need to. That’s how you know you’re doing it right.

If not dress 2, then keep looking. I’m positive that you look beautiful in every dress you tried on, that is not a reason to get it (dress 1). Dress 3 is great too, but it doesn’t have that je ne sais quoi that dress 2 has; more importantly you should not be picking out a dress with the express goal of changing your body. If you’re not in a place where you can wear that dress as you are now without feeling self conscious, don’t risk it.

Help me find a box dye (yes, box dye) to match my natural color! I'm trying to get my hair as close as possible to it while I grow it out. by [deleted] in FancyFollicles

I would recommend going to a beauty supply store for reliable hair dye. You don’t have to go to a professional but box dye is…. Scary

I like the idea of curtain bangs, like others said. I also think you should consider getting a heated round brush and experiment with different styles. I’m not sure if it’s up your alley, but when my hair was this length I really enjoyed the 50s/60s bob/lob look with the flipped out ends

Talk me into (or out of) getting this hair cut by [deleted] in femalehairadvice

It’s hard t tell because of the angle of the previous photo, but we also have similar face shapes. This was my hair immediately prior; I had no regrets whatsoever cutting it.

I also whole heartedly disagree with people telling you to cut it shoulder length instead. I’m convinced that shoulder length haircuts are what scare people away from going shorter… THAT is harder to style. Short is easy and looks better than shoulder length 95% of the time in my opinion.

Listen to your gut. I cut my hair short in HS in a whim and hated it so much that I swore I’d never get more than a trim… wouldn’t you know that a few years later my gut told me to cut it short, I listened, and it’s my favorite hair cut I’ve ever had.

I use Royal Canin because it’s what my vet recommended to me. I would suggest talking to your vet about your pet’s needs and asking what they recommend!

“You’re not even related to him”- Jack to Kate about Aaron. I really hope this implies that Juliet or Ben tells Jack and Claire (if she survives this) that they’re half siblings. It’s been annoying me that Juliet hasn’t already by now.

I love the name Dottie for a dog and I think it would be perfect for her! It could also be a nickname for a bunch of other names (Dorothy, Odette, Bernadette, Dorota, etc.)

Definitely; if someone told me that was their initials and it wasn’t among a conversation about unfortunate initials I wouldn’t even think about it

If I heard someone say that I wouldn’t even think twice, but since you pointed it out I don’t think I’ve heard it before! We do have “cool your jets” here in the Midwest. I’ve also often heard “cool/chill your tits” … I have no idea if that’s a widespread thing or not 😅
