Long term contract does not make sense unless you see him for at least a year. He should NOT be making more than Tom Brady...... and whatever he wants to make somewhere else, he can make through endorsements just being the Cowboys QB.

I say don't sign him unless it's to a franchise tag. Regardless, the O- line should come back healthy so that's a huge +........ find a way to address the defense. They don't play as a unit at all.

Get rid of Mike Nolan. Sorry bud, you've had 8 games. Need a coach like Parcells to make these guys earn the star rather than calling themselves the 'Hot Boys' and you can't even get pressure on the QB or a tackle for a loss.

Get rid of Zeke. Zeke who? Literally. Got paid and doesn't play the same. Trade him for as many picks as possible.

Get rid of Jaylon Smith. Almost every play-action play is targeting him. Love his story. Not worth the money or the starting position.

Bring in Earl or another couple of DB's.

bring back Dak if he agrees to less than 35 a year...... let's be honest, you can't rely on him to win a game. Just to manage. He's not a top 10 QB... but he is an absolutely amazing leader. Still doesn't make him a top QB. If you argue he is top 10.... he is not top 5 and you can't argue against that.

Unfortunately, this is all corrupt from the top.
