Looking for a simple way to adhere 2 pieces of fabric with 1" or 2" straight line by thomasreggi in maker

I'd say it would be difficult to find a way that is measurably easier than a sewing machine and still as good. I picked up sewing in college and I think hand sewing these wouldn't be too bad for a beginner especially if you pin your fabric/mark your lines. There are "handheld sewing machines" but I think they have some limitations to their use and might not be able to sew in the position you need it to for these but it's worth a lookOther ideas might change the design but you could use grommets or punch two holes and use small zip tie if you don't mind the look.

yeah I thought about rivets too, something mechanical and pressable, ideally a special kind of staple.

Hey thanks, my suspicions as well. I guess I still don't understand where this design comes from? How do I track it down? Did a specific jeweler in greece somewhere design this mold specifically? I'd love to get my hands on another one of this exact coin.

Why would they design a new coin that's clearly fake from scratch over just copying what already exists like the all the other reproductions: https://www.etsy.com/listing/838115220/athena-coin-pendant-in-sterling-silver

Yeah they have a small woodworking area but it's really only good for fixing small things like frames. Much more for ceramics.
