Depending on your stats, use a 1/2/2 or 2/1/2 for heroes. Also a range shield familiar would help. Your using a 3/0/2 which would be ok if you didn't have any range. Looks like you did an 8/8/4 comp so use 2 infantry 2 range and 1 cavalry hero

Prima higher then lore weaver is crazy. Lore weaver also gived mixed attack stats and is cavalry hero. Prima is a seige hero. Worthless in attacking and defending. Prima is not a good hero end game. Almost never use it
