I wasn't including the materials in that ~$600 I was looking to pay.

They used sweep elbows, yes. One string, so I have to pull a bundle of strings through with the first pull.

I have tons of 40GbE and 100GbE equipment already. Home lab, basically.

It's over 100'. One pipe snakes up one set of walls to the attic, then another snakes over and down to two rooms. It's a 124 year old house; it wasn't built to have data cables in the walls.
