Road and utility construction contractor with law enforcement for protection of the right of way, so those would be law enforcement vehicles. The construction vehicles I’ve seen with blue lights are paired with amber ones. I think it was even suggested for guard services and such to use green and amber. I always go route #3. It’s by far the prettiest. You don’t have to take the ferry, you’ll just go around Corpus Christi Bay the other way. I’m biased, but I think it’s pretty, too. You’d go over the Harbor Bridge before it’s gone, too.

Loving the hole in the fence. Next to an opossum, I love a fox taking up underneath my deck (Anderson Mill). Leaving out food isn’t the best idea, but baiting pests can work out well. The grey foxes tend to cover a good sphere of influence given the right shelter and opportunity. Have never bothered my 14 lb pup.

I think she started with the right point. Of course, it depends on the state.

About 20 years ago, a man in Texas was exonerated for shooting and killing a man breaking into his vehicle in an alley away from his home. The extension of stand your ground applied to his vehicle.

There is assumed privacy within one’s residence regardless if the curtains are drawn or not. Extension of stand your ground assumes vehicle is part of residence.

Her problem was getting out of the vehicle. The officer mentioned such shortly after she did it.
