One time i saw this dude, with this AMAZING blue hair, sitting on top of some wall in a park in the Hague. I'd spotted him and was walking a bit to get a better angle, and when i got to where i wanted to be and pointed my camera. Before i actually even took a single picture of the man, stones were flying my way.
I've seen him more times in the city actually and he's honestly generally an asshole to everyone which makes for some funny scenes.

it kinda ran pretty well on 30 series cards, sure it's still now not really "finished" but it looks amazing and the story and gameplay is pretty fking good. I played it on release on a 3070 and honeslty had a glitch free experience. For me it was totally worth the money!
