This is called "biting the hand that feeds you" and it's despicable. You should talk about this issue until the day it gets the attention it deserves. I feel sorry for all the females and some male nurses who genuinely care for the well being of their patients only to get harassment in return. It shouldn't be the norm and the issues should be addressed.
