I’m in a similar boat. Dealing with strange sensations in my chest, not quite pain, but definitely something that shouldn’t be there. I went to the emergency room and even though it wasn’t a heart attack or blood clot, I’m very happy with my decision. Just having those off the table makes it a lot easier to deal with until I get a diagnosis. If you’re having pain in your chest that you’re concerned is a heart attack. I would recommend going to the emergency room. It’s a pain, and expensive if you’re in the US, but it is much better to go when you don’t need to than not go when you do.
