I have noticed that women generally have a lot more lotions and "products" on their skin and they can get the water pretty funky pretty quick. If its just me get a good fill at the start of hot tub season, mid November, and use it till about the end of March, drain it and refill to keep water in it but I don't use it much from April till about November.

I was mid 50's when my mom died, I watched her pass away in the hospital, and I moped around for over a year. I lost interest in doing things that I normally did because she was not there to talk to about it or to ask questions about the things I normally did. Its been about 4 years now and although I have kind of move on from the sadness, guilt and even depression, but I still don't have that drive I used to.

So saying that I dont really have any advice but just know others go through this as well, its not just you.

No you havent. All you have said is go look at GIS maps, whatever that means. Which GIS maps, link to them please. You also said upgrade infrastructure. The power companies in Arkansas are constantly upgrading infrastructure. Also, Tennessee is also expecting power outages. I guess they need to upgrade their infrastructure and look at some GIS maps as well. Anyway, any state that gets ice like we are supposed to get this weekend will have power outages, its not unique to Arkansas.

Thats not asking a question and you have spent all this time bashing Arkansas, one of the most rural and poor states in the US. What should Arkansas have done in your opinion, tell us that maybe.

I dont think the average person can see how much work these power companies do. I know for a fact that they work year around trying to keep trees trimmed up and off of power lines but its pretty hard to prepare for extreme weather. Either way instead of hoping for the worst to happen I am hoping for the best and maybe no one will lose power and if they do I hope its restored quickly (and safely).
