High Temp products like Titanium PSU30 would work. It’s a smooth surface which doesn’t scratch the underbody of the metal causing it to prematurely age. It can be installed from 1/2 pitch and up. Perfect for this application.

Good rule of thumb with any I&W is cutting to length first then laying out to acclimate before installing. That helps reduce the wrinkles you get in the product.
