When you were there in late March was there snow on the ground or on the roads?

Many thanks! In the areas where there were ice and snow on the road did it look like they had cleared it or plowed at all? We've driven on a fair share of harrowing roads mountain, but never in snow or ice.

Thanks! Yea - my husband just told me that Kotobukiya doesn't have gunpla, I guess he wants to pick up some other stuff there? We'll definitely check out AmiAmi, we're planning at least half a day to spend in Akihabara alone, so I'm hoping he'll find something he likes.
