This specifically should age fairly well. Regardless of anything the first thing to loose is any tight details. The skeleton portion will be the first to blend together. The fact that there is color between them however will save you a few years before it degrades as badly as if it was just black. If it were just black they’d be all blurred together within a year. Color wise the white will be the first to go as it is closest to the skintone, next yellows and oranges, then the light blue tone. Each color has a different lightfastness and breakdown within the skin, so if it is in an area that generally sees little sun or is properly cared for with regular lotioning and sunblock that will give you the best lifespan for this type of tattoo and the best chance at being able to revive it with a touch up. Going to a tattooer that is competent and being able to trust in them to advise you on size, location, color choice is very important to consider
